Who we are
Shawn and Katie Karai founded Pro Athlete Lifestyle with the principle of mind, body, and spirit connection. Shawn has abundant personal experience in overcoming adversity, having been homeless and overweight, which resulted in the utilization of unhealthy coping mechanisms.
Shawn wanted to create a life that he didn't need to escape from, and together with his wife Katie, they began this joyous journey.
